CUET results delayed, GBU extends application date

Noida: Due to a delay in thé announcement of results for the Common University Ent- rance Test (CUET), Gautam Buddha University has exten- ded its application deadline till July 15. For discourses, in which the varsity conducted its entrance exam, the coun- selling will take place between July 5 and 8. "Several students could not apply for the courses as the CUET result is still not declared. The seats for multi- ple courses are still vacant. Hence, we are extending the date of admissions," said a university official. So far, over 10,000 applica- tions have been received this year. This year, the university is offering a total of 3,995 seats. Meanwhile, applicants who have successfully clea- red the university's entrance examination for BTech, BA LLB, PhD, LLM, MBA, and MPhil (Clinical Psychology) will be eligible for enroll- ment and have been in the co- unselling process between July 5 to July 8. Qualified candidates will be called for an interview round on July 6 and 7, post which eligible stu- dents will get admission. "The results for the GBU entrance test have been decla- red on June 30.
