Ashni Dhaor ashni.dhaor@hindustantimes.com NOIDA: Owing to a delay in the announcement of CUET UG 2023 (Common University Entrance Test Under Graduate) results, the Gautam Buddha Uni- versity (GBU) on Saturday extended the admission applica- tion deadline to July 15 from the earlier June 30, said officials. According to professor RK Sinha, vice-chancellor of GBU, the university is offering 135 pro- grammes with 3,995 seats. He further said the varsity has two modes of admission - computer based test (CBT), for courses requiring admission an entrance test, and direct mode admission based on merit. "Considering the inclination of students to participate in the second phase of the admission process and the delay in the announcement of CUET UG 2023 results, GBU admission department has extended the application deadline to July 15, from the earlier June 30," said the V-C. Officials said earlier, CUET UG 2023 results were expected in the first week of July; how- ever, now the results are expected only on July 15.
